If you’re a resident of Rolla or a nearby town, start the New Year off right by coming to one of these fun events that will take place through the remainder of January. Check out this page of Rolla, Missouri events for a more complete list!
January is a great month for entertainment in Rolla, thanks to performances by ChristiAna, STOMP, The Bad News Band, and the Fine Linen Theater. Start with the release party of Bad News Band’s new album on January 14, where Schuyler Prenger & The Dirt Road Junkies will open.
The next weekend, performances of The Miracle Worker begin at the Fine Linen Theater, Rolla’s community theater group. The Miracle Worker is the award-winning play that tells the story of Helen Keller. The play runs for two weeks, with performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, plus a mid-week Tuesday matinee on the 24th.
The 21st and 22nd will also feature performances from ChristiAna, a native Missouri musician who has played at the White House and with Lee Bice, among others, and performs selections from a wide range of genres.
Finally, at 7:30pm on Friday the 27th, catch a performance by STOMP, the musical percussion sensation that uses everyday objects as drums. Don’t miss these exciting events in Rolla!
